By purchasing from my shop, you’re purchasing a license to use my work personally, without the ability to redistribute and/or copy. Only one person may use the account my work has been uploaded to, account sharing to use my work is prohibited.

You may not upload my work/assets for public use on any platform(VRChat, NeosVR, Helios, etc.)

You are prohibited from using my work for commercial purposes or monetary gain, including but not limited to: commercial live streams, video promotions, and events.

Personal/private use in noncommercial videos, live streams, events, etc. does not need credit, but credit is appreciated.

Failure to follow these terms of service will result in a DMCA takedown request being issued or further action being pursued by an agent/representative of my business.All 3D assets that are created by BittyBones are protected by copyright.

✧ Consider your purchase before committing to the buy, I DO NOT offer the following: refunds, swaps, and edits.

✧If you lost your account for whatever reason (hacked, lost password, etc.), I will not issue a refund if the avatar has already been uploaded as you are responsible for the safety of your account.

✧ Ask about transferring avatars to your new account, I will request I delete the old uploads in order to do the new ones for you.

✧ Make sure your account is a VRChat account, not a Steam or Oculus account. You must also be a new user rank and above to be eligible for uploads!! I can't do your upload otherwise

✧ Uploads are typically done within 48 hours; please contact me if you're worried I haven't seen your message but also keep in mind timezones and my schedule for uploads!

✧I have the right to refuse service for whatever reason I see fit, I will provide a refund if payment is received and I am uncomfortable uploading to you

Q: Can I buy for a friend?
A: Yes! If they aren't blacklisted from my shop, you may purchase for a friend! Please provide a link to your friend's vrchat account when you ask about a purchase!

Q: When are your upload times?
A: 8AM - 3PM (UTC+08:00) Wednesday - Sunday

Q: How long does it take to get an upload?
A: Depends how busy I am! I normally get to uploads within 1-2 days of you purchasing and the uploads normally don't take longer than 30 minutes but times may vary!

Q: Why are your avatars priced the way they are?
A: I put a lot of time and effort into my work, from textures to weight painting to modeling the mesh itself. It often takes a month or more to make the models I create.I tend to do sales with big discounts frequently and giveaways, all located in my server for those who want something for a lesser price or a chance at winning an upload for free!

Q: Who is on your blacklist?
A: I do not give out my blacklist to prevent harassment or witch-hunting of users regardless of what they have done to warrant being on the blacklist.
